1. The Dispatch of Wonders (Processing Time):

Upon the successful completion of your order (a joyous occasion, indeed!), our dedicated team of meticulously trained automatons will endeavor to prepare your package for its journey. Please allow 2-5 business days for the alchemical preparation, careful packaging (to prevent any spontaneous transmutations in transit), and initial dispatch. During periods of heightened cosmic activity or seasonal celebrations, this may extend slightly, as even our fastest delivery familiars require a moment's rest.

2. The Pathways of Delivery (Shipping Methods & Times):

We utilize a network of reliable (mostly) terrestrial and occasionally ethereal carriers to ensure your parcels reach you.

  • Standard Terrestrial Delivery: For journeys within the known realms (domestic shipping), please anticipate delivery within 5-10 business days once dispatched. This accounts for the usual meanderings of postal carriages and the occasional unexpected detour into a pocket dimension.

  • Inter-Realm Expeditions (International Shipping): For our more adventurous patrons residing beyond the immediate aether, international delivery times will vary greatly depending on the whims of customs officials, the alignment of the stars, and the speed of inter-dimensional currents. Please allow 2-4 weeks, though some particularly distant realms may require more patience. This sigil will allow you to monitor your package's progress, though we cannot guarantee real-time updates should it momentarily phase out of existence or be mistaken for a particularly shiny meteor.

While we cannot guarantee retrieval from a black hole, we will do our utmost to ensure your order is fulfilled.
