The "Seventh Atelier" and the world of "Eldrin Nightshade" are more than just a storefront; they are a curated universe of original literature, art, and alchemical design. To preserve the integrity of the Archive, we operate under the following legal protections:
1. Ownership of Narrative and Character
All original characters, including Professor Eldrin Nightshade, his likeness, his personal history, and his unique "voice" are the sole intellectual property of Kohout Enterprise (Daniel and Penny Kohout). This includes all "Lore" entries found in the Archivist's Journal and product descriptions.
2. Protected Titles and Trade Dress
The following unique product names and their associated "visual branding" (labels, styling, and specific "Artifact" combinations) are protected under common law trademark and copyright:

- Ragnar the Ruinous™
- All Tea Blends and Names™
- Sands of Time™ (Coffee/Tea Blends)
- Space Traveller Pills™
- Ein Sof Essence™ (Lore and Concept)
3. Prohibition of Commercial Use
While we adore our community and encourage "fan art" for personal enjoyment, the following actions are strictly prohibited without a formal "Scribe's License" (written permission):
- The commercial resale of Eldrin Nightshade's likeness or lore.
- The use of our unique product names for competing coffee, tea, or apothecary goods.
- The "scraping" or reproduction of our website text for use on other commercial platforms.
4. Enforcement (The Archivist's Vigilance)
We actively monitor marketplaces (including Etsy, Amazon, and social media) for infringement. We reserve the right to pursue Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices and legal action against parties who attempt to profit from the unauthorized use of the Archive's intellectual assets.

To the uninitiated, the cosmos appears as a scattered sea of
disparate realms and fractured times. In truth, all existence is a
singular living architecture — The World Tree — through whose roots and
branches flows the unending current of time, energy, and all realities.
From the chaotic streets of Athenmoor, to the vast shimmering reaches of
the Starfall Canopy, and the contested history preserved within the
Anchorline, this chart traces the living framework of the Universe. May
those who behold this map remember: even in the presence of darkness, no
realm is truly lost so long as its roots are tended with care.

Cathedral Market 🏮
A sprawling, multi-tiered bazaar suspended within the hollowed heart of an ancient branch. Bathed in golden lantern light, this bustling trade hub forms the central spine of Athenmoor — home to a people known as the Threaders.
Anchorline ⚓
The unyielding bedrock of history- the True Timeline. Tucked far beneath the peripheral boughs, this primary root system holds the records of the history of our world.
The Seventh Atelier ☕
A cozy treehouse sanctuary tucked into a pocket dimension within a knot of the World Tree's main trunk. Part tea shop, part apothecary, part whimsical chaos — it is home to Professor Nightshade and any weary traveler who crosses its threshold.
Starfall Canopy 🌠
The sacred, luminous summit of the World Tree, where fully blossomed timelines graduate from creation. Here, completed histories, stories, and civilizations do not wither — they launch from the branches upward in a brilliant, bittersweet spectacle of light. It is a place that looks like heartbreaking loss to those who witness it, yet remains the ultimate homecoming for everything a realm was ever meant to be.
The Firmament Margins
The very edge of the World Tree, where reality thins and the void beckons. Only the most daring scholars venture here. A serene, shimmering realm of twilight blues and silvery foliage, where ancient skies meet the void of space and starlight.
Heartwood Balconies 🌿
Ancient terraces carved into the living wood of the upper limbs. Standing upon these majestic overlooks, one can gaze out across the vast canopy and glimpse the ambient pulse of raw energy — where a warm cosmic presence still resonates through the atmosphere.
Honeycomb Spire 🍯
A spiraling tower of hexagonal chambers. The archive of forgotten knowledge and rare manuscripts.
Athenmoor
A district of alchemical laboratories and experimental workshops. The air shimmers with transmutation and possibility.
Helix Causeway
A twisting pathway through the ancient roots. Connects the lower realms to the trunk above.
The Roots🌱
The deepest accessible foundations of the World Tree. Far beneath the sunlit boughs and glowing canopy, this subterranean labyrinth of colossal bedrock was forged to endure the immense pressure of holding up creation. It is a realm of strength — where one must dig deep into the darkness to discover what it truly means to endure.
The Preservation Wing 📖
A realm of Athenmoor standing separate from the Board (see Athenmoor for details). The Preservation Wing was built to safeguard completed stories across every dimension. Masterworks that reached their proper conclusions are held intact — not to be altered, but to be experienced from the inside. Visitors step through these monumental entries to live legendary tales as a passive passenger from the characters' perspectives. These are cherished worlds that the Tree refuses to let fade into time.
